Project Address: Located in Tianjin, facing the Haihe River, bordered to the south by Heping Road, to the north by Xing’an Road, to the east by Binjiang Avenue, and to the west by Hami Road.

Project Overview: The site covers an area of 40,000 square meters, with a total floor area of 260,000 square meters. The plaza’s structural design features a mixed-use complex comprising a seven-story above-ground commercial, entertainment, and leisure zone, a one-story underground level, and parking facilities on the second and third underground levels. The entire project’s single building measures 370 meters in length and stands 50 meters high. Upon completion, it will become one of China’s longest shopping centers.
