Project Overview: The structure features an eccentric elliptical shape, resembling the helmet worn by cyclists in racing events. The project covers an area of 22,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 16,000 square meters and a total steel consumption of 3,500 tons. Its long axis measures approximately 134.6 meters, while its short axis measures about 101 meters. The highest point stands at an elevation of roughly 36.1 meters. The structural framework consists of 32 radial trusses and five circumferential trusses.
