Project Overview: The structural system of this project is a steel frame structure, with a total steel consumption of 8,000 tons. The primary types of steel used in this project are national standard structural steel and welded H-shaped steel sections. For corrosion protection, galvanized coatings are predominantly employed. The main facilities of this project consist of individual components including the coal grinding plant building, steel coal bunker, Coal Slurry Preparation Area II, Coal Slurry Preparation Area III, coal slurry feeding system, gasification framework, slag-water treatment system, and gasification unit pipe gallery. The exterior walls feature locally clad color-coated panels. The overall height of the building is 78 meters, with varying numbers of floors; the floor levels are constructed using steel grating panels.
