The company was established on June 1, 2020.

Dedicated to the development of steel structure technology and engineering, we specialize in integrated services encompassing steel structure engineering design and construction.

Grade II General Contracting Qualification for Construction Engineering and Grade II Specialized Contracting Qualification for Steel Structure Engineering;
We currently have 260 employees, including 60 professionals and managers holding mid- to senior-level titles, and 10 Grade-I constructors.
We have a smart manufacturing plant for steel structures with an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of various steel structures.
Certified under the three management systems: ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

Jinan: Specialized Steel Structure Contracting for the Cycling Venue Project of the 11th National Games

Structural Form: Spatial Truss StructureProject Location: High-tech Zone, Jinan, ShandongDesign Institution: Design Research Institute of Shandong University of ArchitectureSupervision Institution: Beijing Parker Construction Supervision & Consulting Co., Ltd.Project Overview: The project features an eccentric elliptical shape that closely resembles the helmet worn by cyclists. It covers an area of 22,000 square meters, with a total floor area of 16,000 square meters and a total steel consumption of 3,500 tons. The long axis measures approximately 134.6 meters, while the short axis measures about 101 meters. The highest point reaches an elevation of roughly 36.1 meters. The structure consists of 32 radial trusses and five circumferential trusses.Construction Period: March 2008 – February 2009

Steel Structure Specialized Contracting for the Jinan Henglong Plaza Project

Structural System: Steel-concrete composite structure and steel structure; the steel structure accounts for 12,000 tons. Project Location: North of Quancheng Square, Jinan City. Structural Design: Maosheng Structural Consultants Co., Ltd. Supervision Unit: Shandong Province Engineering Construction Supervision Company. Project Overview: The complex integrates shopping mall, restaurants, cinemas, parking facilities, and other functions. The total floor area is 277,000 m², including: two underground levels, an eight-story shopping mall above ground, and a two-story auxiliary building. The building height reaches 50 meters. Construction Period: February 2009 – March 2011.

Steel Structure Specialized Contracting for the Tianjin Henglong Plaza Project

Structural System: Steel-concrete composite structure; steel structure usage: 12,000 tons. Project Location: Situated in Tianjin City, overlooking the Haihe River, bordered to the south by Heping Road, to the north by Xing'an Road, to the east by Binjiang Avenue, and to the west by Hami Road. Supervision Unit: Jianhua Engineering Consulting & Management Co., Ltd. Project Overview: The site covers an area of 40,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 260,000 square meters. The plaza’s structural design comprises a seven-story above-ground complex integrating commercial, entertainment, and leisure facilities, along with a one-story underground level, plus parking garages on the second and third underground levels. The entire project features a single building that is 370 meters long and stands 50 meters high. Upon completion, it will become one of China’s longest shopping centers. Construction Period: February 2012 – November 2012

Specialized Contracting for Steel Structures at the National Heavy-Duty Vehicle Technology Research and Development Center

Structural System: Steel-concrete composite structure; total project volume approximately over 1,200 tons. Project Location: Shunhuannan Road, High-tech Zone, Jinan City. Design Firm: China Construction International (Shenzhen) Design Consultants Co., Ltd. Supervision Firm: Shanghai Jianke Construction Supervision & Consulting Co., Ltd. Project Overview: The research building has 36 floors above ground and 4 floors underground; the auto exhibition warehouse has 5 floors above ground. The total floor area is 118,279.62 square meters. The steel columns are “cross-shaped,” and some of the floor beams are made of steel sections. The third and fourth floors of the exhibition warehouse feature steel cantilever platforms. Construction Period: October 2011 – March 2013

Steel Structure Specialized Contracting for the Dispatch and Communication Building Project of Gansu Electric Power Company, State Grid Corporation of China

Contracting Entity/General Contractor: Gansu Electric Power Company / Beijing Construction Engineering Group. Structural System: Steel-Concrete Tube-in-Tube Structure. The main building features a steel-concrete tube-in-tube system, while the podium is constructed with reinforced concrete shear walls. The total steel usage amounts to 15,000 tons. Project Location: Plot G0906, Yanchangbao, Chengguan District, Lanzhou City (west side of Yantan Bridge, north of Beibinhe Road). Design Institute: Zhejiang University Architectural Design & Research Institute. Supervision Unit: Shanghai Jianke Construction Supervision & Consulting Co., Ltd. Construction Period: February 2010 – April 2011.

Steel Structure Specialized Contracting for the Jinan Hanyu Financial and Business Center Building A5-3# and Associated Facilities Project

Construction Entity: Jinan High-tech Holding Group Co., Ltd. General Contractor: China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Corporation Limited Structural System: Steel Tube Concrete Frame—Reinforced Concrete Core Wall Structure; Total steel usage: 20,000 tons. Project Location: East of Shunhua Road, West of Fenghuang Road, South of Jingshi East Road, and North of the Extension of Tiyu South Road in Jinan High-tech Zone. Design Institute: Shandong Provincial Academy of Architectural Design. Construction Period: May 2016 – October 2017.
